As Truework exits the Employer Services segment of its business to focus more closely on Verifier Services, we have worked jointly to develop a seamless transition plan that eliminates service disruption while minimizing your workload. In addition, during the transition we’ll introduce you to exciting new capabilities only available in Vault Verify that you may choose to enable.

Transition in 4 Easy Steps
We have streamlined the process and customized it based on your previous configurations with Truework.
1. Contracting
The Vault Verify contract is designed to establish a working relationship between you and Vault Verify as your exclusive verification service provider. In addition, for those customers requiring a vendor security review, Vault Verify will furnish additional documentation and make technical resources available.
2. Automated Account Setup
Vault Verify will provide an account that is pre-configured to match the setup you had with Truework. It will be enhanced to include some additional features available through Vault Verify’s service offering and portal. We will either honor your current file feed, or we can provide a direct transition to a real-time API with your HCM platform (the Vault EDGe Gateway). It’s your choice.
3. Report Validation/QA
You will review your account setup and approve sample VOE/VOI reports, as generated from Vault Verify, prior to go-live. Vault Verify can make any necessary adjustments based on your specific needs.
4. Go-Live!
We’ll take you on a tour of the Vault Verify portal and provide best practices for directing both employees and verifiers to Vault Verify for their verification needs. We’ll also introduce you to the Vault Verify Customer Success team and provide instructions for engaging the team should any questions arise.
And that’s it! Your service transition will be fast, easy and seamless.

What does Vault Verify cost?
- There is no cost to employers or employees.
- Vault Verify’s verifier fees are in line with industry averages. Discounts are also available to higher volume users.
What is the effort to move from our current file-based integration to the real-time Vault EDGe Gateway platform?
For most HCM options, the Vault EDGe Gateway takes 30 minutes or less to set up and then another 2.5 to 4.5 hours for report validation and QA tasks.
On average, this integration is live in in less than 20 days.
Does Vault Verify only work with specific industries?
